Welcome to the Belmont Front Porch. Located in Belmont, North Carolina, ten minutes west of Charlotte, and ten minutes east of Gastonia.

We will attempt to keep our readers informed of activities throughout the community in a timely, and hopefully, thought-provoking format.

The editors are long-time residents of Belmont and Gaston County.  Many articles are gleaned from local newpapers, websites of interest, and community newsletters. Copyrighted source material  will be cited and linked to the source article.
